Enabling cheats in GTA 5 will help you go from violent rampage without worrying about the cops to exploring the Grand theft Auto 5 environment to all new level. The maximum health and armor cheat of course (assuming you don't want invincibility, that is). Activate this cheat and both your health and armor will be topped back up to 100%.
